KCI Commercial, Inc. offers clients a systematic method to evaluate and execute the acquisition and sale of office, industrial, retail and land. We help clients optimize the overall value of their portfolios by research, financial analysis and market experience.

Our roles and responsibilities as a listing agent and client representative are taken very seriously. We are very selective in the listings we take to assure that our clients will benefit from our particular expertise and that the listing will receive our committed attention and effort.

Our marketing plan would start with a professionally made, easy to read sign on your property. Proper signage is one of the most effective marketing tools in commercial real estate sales and leasing. Next we would create a striking information brochure. Typically, the brochure will have an attention-getting graphic or picture of the property and contain key information such as price, possible terms, zoning, and square footage. Additionally, secondary information likely to be included is critical demographic, traffic and circulation data, and information on adjacent business activity. The goal of these materials is to provide enough information to stimulate interest among our clients and those of co-brokers.

Next, the property will be submitted to CBA (Commercial Brokers Association) and CoStar which are comprehensive multiple listing services for commercial properties. Our participation in CBA and CoStar provides our clients the broadest exposure possible to properties and professionals outside the Tacoma-Pierce County market. CBA and CoStar membership ranges from the largest national firms to the smaller, specialized firms. These firms and agents will receive complete information on your property through an on-line computer system. Finally, your property will be featured as a Premium Listing on LoopNet, a national property search engine.
